any of the affiliates you see posting here or advertising are ok to choose from...most of us offer the same rakeback deal of 30% which is the cap at Ultimate Bet.

create a new account, UB lets u have up to 3 per household...

see above post...an existing account without RB cannot start receiving one...

Does anyone know if the points for cash promotion deducts from the mgr?

People have said that it doesn't...but there are so many deductions for US players now that it's hard to tell...at least for me.

The points for cash is not supposed to be deducted from your MGR.
