Prop Bets at the table

What are some popular prop bets made at the poker table?

I know of

6,7,8
red, black

what are some other common prop bets players make at the poker table regarding cards to flop, turn, etc?

During a drunken SNG once with some friends and some randoms in Aruba we all put in 100 bucks and guessed the age of the old dude at the table by writing your guess on a piece of paper.

I shipped it within a few months, holla!

I also like to put bounties on other peoples heads in cash games for no reason.

We did this with a super nit that we played with. He was a nit for the most part, but would put all his money in with little thinking he was protecting his hand. Steak dinner was the bet.

We also play Jacks. Four people (or two taking two eac) each person takes a different jack. One unit if it's on the flop, two units if it's in the middle. If you hit a jack, you get paid for every subsequent jack hit.

What is 6 7 8?

My favorite is taking any three random cards and saying that if one comes on the flop, I get a dollar, if not I pay a dollar. I'm about a 55/45 favorite. A better variation on this is to say: "I'll bet a dollar that one of the cards (value only, not suit) from the last Flop we saw will come on the next Flop we see." People (even good gamblers) tend to think that if the most recent Flop was 3/8/J there won't be a 3, 8 or J on the next Flop.

Be careful with Prop bets at a Live Casino. Taking chips from your stack and sliding them to another player at the table (even one stinking dollar) annoys some people. Heck, I've seen people get PO'd when someone tips a waitress from his stack.

40/52 * 39/51 * 38/50 = 0.4470588

3 shots at hitting 12 outs with 52 unknown cards.
