I beleive this is the best rock video ever recorded in the history of mankind. It precedes the term "rock video" being introduced into our vernacular. This is Led Zeppelin in 1969 in Norway, broadcast on NHK (Japanese Television) Best Rock Video
The experimental sounds from Jimmy Page's guitar are beyond belief. Remember, this was composed in the late Sixties, no one had ever done anything like this before.
These guys were taking a real artistic risk being this original.
Robert Plant's vocals are absolutely insane.
Has anyone ever made a song that "works" which is so experimental and original since this time?

It's unfair how good Led Zeppelin was. No other band stood a chance as long as they were around. I'm so jealous of the bastards who will get to see them play next month.
