he could have limpcalled pockets or axs even kxs. you have 2outs to your set, but I would rely on a set on that board. You need to hit the J giving you 4outs, cant call the PSB, especially not on a AK board, you are probably behind top or 2nd pair.
I would fold and pay attention to what the shows down when he limpcalled and how to evaluate his PSB on the flop.

Hello, im noob but i wiil try to explain it with i know
utg limp(when utg limps, probaly have a pair, or nothing, i dont think he would slowplay AK,AA,QQ) you have QQ, and made the right bet, 4x+1, and them utg calls, for me it's clear that he have a pair(if i'm right).
so, the flop arrives, and utg made a donkbet.if hes a noob probaly made set or even a straight and bet, because i don't belive that someone who is "smart", will donkey when get nuts or a set). if he's a non noob, when someone bets the pot the meaning is to take it right away, so he's bluffing.
now you have QQ, you have 6 outs(Q,Q,J,J,J,J) it's like 24% to get an out on turn, knowing the potodds is 2-1, and you need a hand that won 33,3% of the time it's ok to fold. but if you know hes a good player a raises would be a good play because if he realy got the nuts he would check-raise you

Fold. This isn't rocket science. Don't try to bluff this guy off A9o.

Easy fold. Even if you are not behind here, you can't possibly call a turn bet.
