400NL - In which I float the flop in a 3bet pot

Villain is acesfull2833, running 22/16/3, probs 2p2. I've been fairly splashy this session, especially preflop. This is the first time I've flatcalled his 3bet in position.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $408.30
BB: $280.90
UTG: $196.90
Hero (MP): $871.40
CO: $778.80
BTN: $388.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $14.00, 2 folds, SB raises to $48.00, BB folds, Hero calls $34.00

Flop: ($100) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $69.00, Hero calls $69.00

Turn: ($238) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($238) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $210.00, Hero folds
Uncalled bet of $210.00 returned to SB

Pot Size: $238.00 ($3 Rake)

On the flop I'm repping all sets, AK, AQ, and AJ. When the A hits the turn, there isn't much value in betting the aforementioned range, so I continue with the act and check it back, intending to shove all rivers as I would with the above. He bets, and I happily fold, having avoided possibly stacking myself on the turn trying to fold out KK/QQ/TT and still having maintained a plausible line for a plausible range.

Thoughts?

thoughts are good
i think i would just give up on river if checked to a store that one as a meta win

to bet turn, but then A peeling is [censored] for this bc alot of the stuff that you fold out with this line JJ+ is now calling...

But the thing is sometimes people crai on the turn, right? But if it gets checked behind they bet the river, right? But if he checks the river he probably doesn't have too much. So why not check behind the turn and shove river if he checks again?

i dont think a river shove is that bad just high variance...

it depends on alot but the same logic from the turn still applies, he could call a river shove with 99+

You think hes calling a river shove with TT here? I doubt that...

idk, if hes good i could see it, your range is really polarized for a play like this

unless you have alot of history and can shove KK for value

i hate the turn check given the flop float.

yeah, OPs reasoning for the turn check seems good but i would still bet the turn-id bet small for several reasons...
