OP, if you bet flop and turn you wouldn't have to make a huge overbet checkraise on river to get all in.

I realise this, it's a big leak. I'm looking for coaching to rule out big leaks like this

Yeah, no problem, only after extensive coaching did I learn how to handle these "class 5" hands. They can be tricky!
