getting UB hands after the fact
 

i just DL'd the hand grabber for PT and it works fine. problem is that i forgot to click the start button before a session and missed the hands.

im an idiot.

is there any chance of getting those HH's now, or r they lost forever?? i would reallllly like to get those hands.

you can email support with the hand#'s you need they will email them to you

if you have pokerace you can "pre-fetch" the last 300 hands at a particular table, but if that table has continued to go since you left it might not go back far enough.

Email UB asking them for the HHs from a certain period of time. They'll probably email you a transaction history of the tables you were on and get you to tell them which tables you want HHs for. They'll only email 500 HHs at a time but they'll do it for you and usually pretty promptly. I've had to do this like 5 times. You'll also have to patch your pokertracker to get it to read UB emailed HHs. Just search ptracker.com for Ultimate Bet HHs or something and there should be a link.

How on earth do you convert these hands?! I can't find a site that accepts them!

Can you do the same thing for Pstars. I found out this weekend that apparently they think you can only play 200 hans in three hours. Jerks.
