Thankyou Bond,quality as always.

Luckily for me,I'm not really prone to tilt,I keep my emotions under control(most of the time)and accept variance for what it is.

What I'm taking away from this is more the dicipline you have and that I need. The amount of hours you put in and the fact that you basically sit infront of your pc all that time without slacking off I find pretty impressive. I do OK playing live for hours on end,but online I find I have a hard time consentrating for that long of a time. Definately something I need to improve on,if anyone has any advice,I'd be happy to hear it.

Finally,I was just wondering,what kind of tournaments/buy-ins are you primarily playing(online that is)?

I'm playing everything from $25 FO's to the 1k FO's and 100r. Depends how much of a BR nit i'm feeling like that day.
