My tenant is a nasty ugly troll, I mean literal troll. Twin sister of:

Anyway, she works for NYS Mental Hospitals, and somehow, got fired. According to my mom, also an employee, its takes gross incompetence above and beyond the call of duty to get fired. Probably easier to win the lotto.

SInce she has lost her job, she needs to move out by the end of the month since well, she cant pay rent. We go downstairs today, and see the following:

LOL WTF. My mom and I decide to RPS to see who has to throw the diaper thing out. Yes, she is a 55 year old woman who wears diapers. And the thing is full, the apt a mess and smells. I lose, so I throw the thing in 3 garbage bags, run it to the curb, and am about to go throw it in the lake a la Homer Simpson.
