I think I have "horrible, never fold to him" for 93% of the players at FTP 3/6.

Re: Notes

With those notes on how fast they play draws, I like to distinguish between POS and OOP...

A couple of mine I use alot are:

OL OTB K7o, Ax, garbage, etc
Btn bluff limped pot good brd (bets button when checked to in limped pots)
Bluff Rvr when turn chkd through
trn folder on dry brds in blind wars (how often should you fire second barrel)
spew with draws, tp, mp, btm pair, air
spew bluffs paired brds
SD bound A high on brdway brds
b/f Axx or Kxx flops in steal attempts (play back with air more often)

Can't think of any more off the top of my head

Re: Notes

Mine look like this:

c/r BP on 8TK vs PFR 3w(3-way)
raises MP drawy board as PFR 4w
raises KQQ w air 3-barrels URP(unraised pot) HU

Just found a funny one: "stupid agg - waits for river to cap w QQ on A-board"

Re: Notes

You have no indication of pot size in your notes, or pf action. I note whether pot was raised and where pfr is in the hand.

Re: Notes

With a lot of bad players, I often take many notes about specific bad plays they've made, and then when I have a bunch of notes on them I realize, that all I can really make of these notes is that they're bad, and I already knew that.

Some specific areas, that I think are good to get notes on: Donkbets, cbet frequency, pf 3bet/cap range.

Re: Notes

I notice myself taking notes as a madman on the worst players but they almost never come back for obvious reasons. Then a player that I have 300 hands on sits down and I haven't written anything, but it is for THIS villain I need the notes... So what I need to learn is to take notes not on only the complete maniacs.

Re: Notes

I try to take specific notes on everybody incuding preflop, c-bets, value bet light or strong, and anything odd. When they get long, I try to sum up my feelings about their play at the first of the note. Sometimes I don't have time to read through all.(Like action when they first sit down)

Re: Notes

I type fast so I just type out full notes like:

- Bet A high unimproved every street.
- Raised a suited connector pre-flop in early position and bet every street.
- Donked the river when he should have check raised.
