Recent most lopsided MLB trades.

I was reading the newspaper today and did not realize this lopsided trade was made. Have there been more lopsided trades recently? The trade I read about was AJ Pierzynski for Boof Bonser, Joe Nathan and Francisco Liriano. This trade, along with very good draft scouting, has been responsible for the Twins recent success.

Thank you,

Jim Kuhn

From a Tribe fan perspective.
Ryan Drese for Travis Hafner.

Bartolo Colon and Tim Drew for Grady Siezemore, Cliff Lee, Brandon Phillips and Lee Stevens.

The Mets gave up Kris Benson for Jorge Julio & John Maine, which turned into Orlando Hernandez & John Maine... 2 starters who've continued to be better than Benson has. Not sure if it's lopsided per se but that was one of the better moves Manaya has made in my estimation.

I think part of the MN deal is owed to Mark Prior, and his unwillingness to sign with MN, leading to MN drafting Mauer and making Pierzynski expendable

they did win 3 of 4 AL Central titles before this deal, so they had a decent team(AL Central was weak during the run)

The A's fleeced the Cardinals for Mulder.

Some of those deals aren't that bad if you look at it from the view point of the team that was getting "fleeced".

The two other than the Liriano deal that come to mind off the top of my head are;

Scott Kazmir for Victor Zambrano
Jeff Bagwell for Larry Anderson
