World Series of Video Games on TV

Link

This looks like it might be fun, seeing the best players at Guitar Hero and some other games. Airs this Sunday on CBS.

Looks sweet. Don't know if I'll be up that early unless I end up staying up. Hopefully it gets torrented.

Pretty cool watching those two guys play Jordan side by side. Other than that, the show was just ok (of course I don't play WoW so maybe that segment makes more sense if you play it).

I agree with this -- and Kov smashing his guitar was pretty kick-ass. I couldn't really get into the other parts because I don't play either of those games. It looks like they had previews for next week -- I wonder how long they'll keep this on?

FWIW, here's a video of Kov playing Push, Push from the same show (though this wasn't on TV). If you missed the TV show, this'll give you an idea of what it was like, without the annoying announcer blather, but with the annoying Judge's blather.

I had no idea what they were doing on WoW and thought it was super boring. I did like the Guitar Hero segment, even though I don't play that game.
