I ask me what kind of hand I beat on river and think that I am a dead duck. Should I shove it on turn? For myself I think this play smells like he had 66 or JJ.
How do you play this hand?

Tough spot. You are probably beat, but when I'm 8 tabling I usually call and feel like an idiot later. I really don't know what the correct decision is here. Looking forward to other responses.

I think that I can fold this. What are we still beating that calls the flop. I doubt he does this with TT. JJ and QQ got there. We have been dead to any 9 all along.

The river is a PSB. If it was smaller I might find a call, but I think that I fold.

I check behind the turn with the intention of calling the river/ betting if checked to. On this board we're just not really getting 3 streets of value from a solid player. He's not gonna be calling off his whole stack off with 88 or similar. As played fold to the turn raise.

I check the turn also and call a bet on the river or bet and fold to a c/r.

Re: NL100 - KK on paired board against tight BB

I think the board is dry enough to justify checking the turn. He probably has a weaker pair and, although he won't bet the river, he'll probably call a river bet when he would have folded to a turn bet.

As played, I fold the turn. Passive player + baluga thm.

As played as played, I definitely fold the river. Passive player + huge show of strength w/PSB.

This is such a sick spot. I'm pretty sure it's a fold, though.

What do we beat besides like a bluff, 88, TT?
