50NL - 88 applying PNL commitment theory
 

I'm in the middle of reading PNL, which I expect will eventually improve my play, but right now it is causing a fair amount of FPS.

Nevertheless, I think I did this right, more or less. Tell me if you think I am screwing it up.

The key in this hand (in terms of my strategy) is the flop re-raise. I decided on the flop to commit to the pot. Once the short stack raised he was committed - that was easy. My intent was to commit the second villain as well. I figured if I just called he would not be committed, but if I pushed it would be easy for him to fold. So the raise was sized (I think) so that he could not profitably draw to anything (I figure he has 4-5 outs at best), but still be effectively committed to call a turn push.

That was the plan. Did I do it right?

Both villains have been playing loose with agg tendencies, chasing bad draws and betting mediocre hands hard.
