Jesus.. Is this a private apartment with pool+jacuzzi? I mean it's not shared with others? Thailand........

Yup, that looks about right. You get a lot for 45k baht/month.

Beats just to clarify what you are saying. You mean for 45k baht you get a 1 bedroom apartment with a giant pool and jacuzzi that is totally private. That seems hard to believe because most of the apartments I see advertised like that one are in 30 floor high rises and every place is adverised as having a pool.By private did you mean the apartment was private not the pool?I think the guy meant the pool and jacuzzi is private. That's mind blowing if you get a private pool like that with a 1 bedroom apt.I am not trying to be a dick here I am curious myself.I have been looking for a place to stay the 1st month but they way they advertise places is quite different than the u.s where they would say community pool and jacuzzi. Thanks

I think you guys need to use a little common sense. Each apartment is not going to have it's very own swimming pool and jacuzzi. Just look at the size of that pool.

I take it you have never seen a condo where each room has its own private pool.

Here is one in bangkok:

I haven't, but an apartment doesn't equal a luxury condo, does it (serious question)? I was speaking specifically of the place linked, which was 75 sq.m. The place you linked is 350 sq.m.

edit: I guess it's only 70 sq.m. I was going off memory.

Yeah its a big difference. No way in hell you are getting a private pool for a grand a month. In fact there are only a few buildings that have these private pools and they are all pricy.
