Minor flaw in \'everyone playing by the book\'?
 
The author didn't take into account that the probability of a player having a hand in the non-fold range is influenced by what other players have. If you raise from UTG w/27o and UTG+1 folds there is a slightly greater chance that UTG+2 will have a hand he can play back at you with. I'm not sure if this is at all significant, I just thought I'd throw it out there.

I believe it is common knowledge that the "bunching effect" you described is negligible. thus, no flaw in the article [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Except that the book Small Stakes Holdem for Advanced Players does not exist.
