24poker does not want to pay bonuses
 

Hi everybody.

I've never posted in your forum, but I read it very often. Just want to ask for advise - I decided to play at 24 poker room. Today I had a very interesting talk with their live support when asked them to sign me up for their bonuses - they offered me to withdraw my money of their site and never play at the site again. Can you tell me is it the general policy on their network - not to pay bonuses?

WOW, just WOW. I knew some sites had worse support than Pokerstars where I play, but that is truly absurd. 24poker is licensed by Microgaming, so maybe it would help to contact them.

Thank you, but I don't have any desire to play at this room ever, just wondered if all the other Microgaming skins have the same policy as I rather like it. I'm shocked!!!

Thats crazy! Did you sign up your account on a shared IP? Or why would they believe you had multiple accounts?

I really don't know why I turned out to be guilty that a lot of russians now play at their site - now they will have one less. I didn't use shared IP and I do not have multiple accounts - just wanted to try the site as smth new (played just three days, then asked for bonuses). Didn't think they are so greedy for bonuses.
