Elbow pain/strain thing???
 

I'm not sure how to explain this.... but here it goes: Does anyone ever get a pain in their elbow/arm when they completely extend it sometimes? This isn't an everday pain, it's more like something (I don't know what, overextending maybe?) happens and then everytime you bend your elbow in or out you get this pain for a day, maybe two. Anyways,anyone know what this is? Is there a way to stretch your arm so you can avoid this?

Do you play baseball or throw anything at all. I suppose volleyball could do it too. I throw javelin and can't lock my elbow out forcefully without it hurting. Apparently this is pretty common for throwers.
