Don't like this one either. These moves are better with non showdown hands. TT is no different than JJ in this situation.

I don't like it. The only reason might be to fold out Queens.

I could see him having exactly Queens or AQish if he knows you are tricky enough to call a 3-bet with a made hand AA/KK in order to shove over his flop c -bet.
