Fold.

I think its a fold, you have a maximum of 6 outs, I'm not counting the diamonds, and if someone already has a flush, you only have 3.

Whats more, you aren't closing the action, so you dont know how much you will need to call to see the next card.

Fold.

Was going to respond to this when first saw it, but thought it was obvious.

I would be tempted to call should it be closing out the action and you know that t100 is all it would cost, as the 4.1 pot odds would make curious.

Without it closing the action, it indeed is an easy fold.

obvious fold
to me only a 4d will give you the winning hand wich is also safe to bet
if any other 4 comes out or a different diamond youre unable to say you got the best hand

Call because folding has reverse-implied-tilt-odds?
More seriously, fold, your draw isn't great & your not closing the action.
