in tourneys, you should go for a smaller raise. it makes stealing the blinds more profitable, and c-bets cheaper, and they play tighter. 2.5x-3x is standard.

and fold preflop please...

Yes, but you forgot to state why Son ! .... In tourneys chips decrease in value unlike cash where they size of your stack=$EV, so therefore a smaller amount has the same value as the usual pot pot pot of cash. (in other words $EV&lt;cEV)
