A maniac (raise or reraise about 60% of the time) raise UTG, 3 folds and i 3bet with AJo in SB, BB fold, he caps and i call.

Flop KQT rainbow.

I C/R the flop, he 3bet and i capped it.

turn 6

i donk, he raise, i 3bet and he capped again

river 3, i have the nut.

Do you bet here or go for the C/R again?

Bet on the river. You're guaranteed at least a call and if he's that much of a maniac, he'll raise you.

If you check, you risk having him check behind. If he bets and you check-raise, he might just call since your check-raise shows a lot of strength. Betting is your best shot at getting four bets on the river.
