I was checking out Mansion Poker and I was wondering how you can deposit and withdrawal since they do not accept Epassporte for USA customers. What are the popular methods for deposit and withdrawal for USA customers.

I also read that they do not accept USA customers on bonuswhores.com, is this true? Please let me know. Thanks.

you need to send them a copy of your bank card and photographic id in order to withdraw - pain in the butt if you ask me!

Is there any reason my rakeback from mansion this month does not appear to have gone through? I'm on negative rake now..

It's got something to do with the changes from June 18th (no more rakeback for new members) we are trying to isolate the problem and fix it asap

I thought it was probably to do with the end of rake for new players but I'm fairly new to rakeback as a whole so wasn't quite sure. Thanks for your response.
