Looking for old heroes threads in OOT I tried searching

-re: +heroes

I'm not sure if the space is relevant, but once you use '-' you have to use '+' for words you want included.

you dont have to use a + after the -. I search someone screenname and "-re:" often to avoid the replies and just see threads theyve started.

You mean you put someone's screenname into the seperate username box? I'm just talking about the keyword search.

In the username box, put the users name.

In the keyword box, put: -"RE: "

Be sure to have the space after the colon, and change select 'subject only'.

Easy-peasy...

Except, in this case, OP isn't searching for a specific User's posts

LOL - I thought "heros" was the name of a poster... That's what I get for not watching much television...

Thank you! I thought I was going crazy and couldn't understand the replies I was getting.
