diablo 2?

I played a ton back in the 1.09 days, and recently started playing again on USWest ladder. Anybody else still into this old relic of a game?

I decided to plunge into WoW recently, and after a month of play I realized D2 was more fun, so I reinstalled it instead. It's hard to get games going though, and Supreme Commander came out, so I'm done with it now. Here's hope Diablo 3 gets made eventually.

If Blizzard makes D3 I'm pure it will be pay for play like WoW is. They are making untold fortunes from it...

D2 was a scaled down, faster paced MMORPG really, that you could choose to play locally if you wanted.

I've been thinking for a while about starting another D2 account. It was a pretty good while it lasted.

I think I've restarted 4 or 5 times. it's fun for a few weeks, but once I manage to get a solid character - kind of boring. maybe if I cared about PvP at all.

So old school.
New school = glitch rush and chaos sanctuary on hell. (heck, that might not even be new school anymore)
