5$ Top two turn brings flush

5$+50 on Ultimate no Hand History. Villain is passive, limped QQ OTB once (and ran in my twopair) and minbets alot draws but also monsters. However he doesn't seem like one of these uberdonks and doesn't go crazy with Top pair. I raised alot of his limps but he kept doing it.

Hero is SB with A8o. BB is 30
Hero raises to 90. Villain calls.

Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (Pot:180)
Villain checks, Hero bets 120, Villain calls.
Turn K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (Pot 420)
Villain checks, Hero bets 275, Villain raises to 680

~600 behind.
Anyone goes not broke here?

really hard decision. any more reads on his raises? if not i call and then call river too. most properly passive villains either minraise turn or slowplay to river with a flush i think.

I've seen some mediocre made hand played this way too often to consider folding here. I can't figure why they do it but they do it. Fairly easy call for me as long as villain hasn't proven he isn't able to raise without the goods.

edit: Forget to add, he may be raising his AT "for value".

99.5% calling here. Only way I'm folding is if I have some kind of soulread that when he peels the flop there it's almost always a flushdraw. Like for example if he's always fit-or-fold on the flop, with marginal hands and monsters. And now all of a sudden for the first time in like 100 hands he just peels. Even then, I'm probably not folding, but that would be an example of when it would cross my mind.

Very interesting hand to me.

I would like to have more reads on the villain's preflop tendencies, is he tight passive or loose passive? Thats crucial information for us. Some timing tells would come in good time too, making it easier to decide.

Altought everyone said call, and I'd almost 100% call here, it's very likely that he have a small flush, something like 9-high.

Maybe you shoulda remember how many times he folded once a flush was completed by the turn to rethink your VB.

Someone correct me if I'm BSing...

Why would you do that?

If villain have a low flush he might check the river (in case you only call), if he has the nuts obviously you're dead and if he have air he won't put more money in anyway. Also he might have a set or some other 2 pair he chooses to check the river also.

What u guys think?
