ABC Poker

Everybody is always rambling about playing "ABC" poker. But what is the exact definition of ABC Poker , because apparently it has different meanings , for different people !

Can someone enlighten me ?

No bluffs or semibluffs. Raise with good hands in LP, only premium in EP. Continuation bet the flop. Give up when opponent plays back at you and you don't think you have the best hand. No slowplaying. Protect your hands against draws. Call when the odds are good. Raise around 3x the blinds preflop when opening a pot. One could go on and on, but basically stick to the fundamentals and keep it simple.

It's a synonym for straightforward play. Exactly what is considered straightforward play varies by level. At the lower levels it is playing tight and conservatively, waiting for hands and betting them, not bluffing much or at all, etc.
