Fold we only beat a bluff. A lot of draws have hit and if he had a draw for the straight he may have hit the K or T.

Yeah usually to call these you need to put him on some reasonable hands that may play the same way if they had missed. Here, I can't see any. Foldzor

Re: can we call this riveR?

I would not call, especialy since his stats are pretty passive so far. The most probable holdings I suppose on the flop for him would be a pocket pair smaller then a 9 on the flop or a flush draw or a 9 with a worse/better kicker. I guess sets or higher pocket pairs are also pretty slightly possible.

The flush gets there on the turn and if he did have 88 77 66 etc then him betting on the river doesn't make a ton of sense given his style since he has atleast some showdown value. I don't think you ahead often enough here to make this a good call, can't see many hands in his range you are ahead of and I am not sure he bluffs in this spot (though I know the sample of hands is small) ...

[censored] no you cannot call this river.

Re: can we call this riveR?

Against most reasonable villains this is a clear fold.

The only exceptions are: (1) A very tricky villain who can set up an elaborate multi-street bluff (usually unlikely since the flop is multi-way and villain called with a player left to act); (2) A bad villain who is capable of turning a hand with decent showdown value (e.g., a medium pocket pair) into a bluff; (3) A tricky, but perhaps not so good villain, who likes to make very thin value bets.

Each of these three cases is generally unlikely, IMHO.
