Bet half pot and fold to meaningful raise. He should be more afraid than you in this spot.

His 3 bet then checking the flop looks strange to me.

I would lead here for $20 and dont mind getting it in on this flop. If he hit the ace it's a coinflip situation and it's worth it to stop him running over you in future hands.

PLus is he's really laggy he can show up with random J9 J10 hands and your in good shape.

I check behind. If you bet it would be as a bluff or to protect you hand if he has a higher spade. Because hands that you can bluff out(basically just QQ with no spade) and higher spades is just a small part of his range I would check.

I would find out exactly where you are now.

if you call here you will probably have to call a riverbet of about 50.

Make it 50 now and it should either give you a cheap show down or he will raise or bet out the river and you can safely fold.

Dude, you really cannot check behind on this flop..
I agree with the earlier poster, you must bet out.

If they come with ... we have to give them credit ..
It goes back to the thoughts that the bad guy is looking at the same flop as we are... If he isn't afraid of the monster and comes after us, he has a made hand...
