c/f seems like I'll be dropping to a lot of hands that are worse and a lot of bluffs. I'm pretty far behind his range though, so c/c seems -EV. b/f spewey??? I'm lost.

C/f. You're beating nothing that bets river unless Villain decides to turn A9 into a bluff which most won't.

Raise to $2 preflop.

I think check/fold is the best line. Maybe call a small river bet if you are really curious. You may be able to get him to lay down a K with a big bet repping the flush but I don't know. I would think he would check behind with anything that QQ is ahead of.
