Mat told me about Rosemary's Sunday night 1/2 price vino deal, its on the short list of must-visit places now that I know its a gourmet find and super cheep at the same time.

I've been there before, that place is some of the best food in the entire city and probably the best for the price

if you are going with women, it's half price for ladies on wed nights

TT, I would be interested to see your list of must visit Restaurants in Vegas. My last couple trips to LV I have ate at very few places that have impressed me. I understand that I obviously have just not gone to the right places and also definitely do not have the balla budget to go to some of the more impressive places. Point me in the right direction.

Their tasting menu can be paired to either a wine flight or beer flight, which is pretty sweet for people like me that aren't into wine.
Best off strip restaurant in town IMO.

I had a great meal there, and the carrot cake was fantastic. With the online coupon for the prix fixe lunch ($23), I definitely felt I was getting a bargain.

I've been to the one next to the Steinmart on Charleston. Fantastic food; excellent, unpretentious service.

Sundays have the 1/2 price wines, but it doesn't apply if you are having the sampler. I've done both the beer and wine samplers and they were both a real treat.

How do you know new restaurants in a new expansion are musts? Anyway, if you want something out of the casinos that isn't a corporate restaurant, go to The Tillerman on Flamingo and Eastern. Great seafood.

I know who the restaurateurs will be in most of the new Venetian restaurants, for the most part these guys do not make mistakes. For example Mario Batalli is opening a steakhouse, and Steve Hanson is opening Las Vegas's first Dos Caminos.
