Tito Ortiz vs. Dana White

I watched Dana's show tonight knwoing full well that the fight never took place, but I still held a glimmer of hope that we had all had one put over on us and would be seeing these two slug it out for 3 rounds. Of course it never happened so we got to see a Dana White promo tape, with ZERO words from Ortiz about his decision to bow out. I wish they would have at least had some tape of Ortiz and Dana talking by phone or in person after Ortiz no-showed. Looks like the NSAC put the hammer down about ever sanctioning this fight in the future. Our loss I guess, but more than likely it was to the benefit of the health of Mr. White.

Patton,

Is there any trash talking worth watching or should I just delete the thing off my DVR?

For those not familiar with the details, this was to be a 3 round amateur boxing match between Dana White and Tito Ortiz. NSAC was there at the weigh in and Tito never showed. Tito claimed that since he wasn't being paid there was no reason to do it.

I'm surprised they went forward with the SpikeTV thing, and I'm really surprised Dana isn't more vocally upset at Tito, unless the fiasco got enough publicity to merit it not happening.

Manny Grambyan beat Noah Thomas pretty good. His first right hook knocked him down, then he basically dominated the fight on the ground until finishing it with a kimura. It looks like BJ's team is a bunch of stiffs, unless Team Pulver has really picked the 2 weakest links so far. Team Penn is falling apart.
