Stopping Echecks
I currently use Echecks to deposit and cashout from Pokerstars.
It seems to me that this is the easiest form of electronic transfer for the US-government to stop: simply by telling US -banks not to accept Echecks from a list of sites. Does anyone know why this hasn't happened yet, whether this is actually going to take place in the next month or so? |

[/ QUOTE ] And how would they do that? By site name? ISP address? Bank account number? Seems to me it wouldn't be too tough to set up work-arounds for this. But then, I ain't no banker.... |

They have to follow the process and write an actual banking regulation. I seriously doubt the regulations will be issued piecemeal. The whole package will come out at once. |
