Daniel wrote on his latest blog...

"On a totally unrelated note, the next blog I write is going to be very different than anything I’ve ever written before. I considered writing it now, but I wanted to give it some time so I can really think about what it is I’m saying and what the best way to say it is. It’s kind of a good news/bad news blog in a sense, although I prefer to see it as a very good thing and a positive step in my life. I’d explain further but the only way to do that would be to just write the blog now and I’m not going to do that.

As for when the blog will be written? It’ll probably happen within the week. "

My guess? Divorce or out of the closet or both.

i'd imagine divorce. i dunno, the way some of his blogs read it really doesn't seem to put his wife in the forefront, though to be fair it is a poker blog.

do you think that people would know if he was in the process of getting a divorce prior to a blog announcement?

Where/when does he spend even a minute with his wife? It is always about "the boys" and his "crew" playing golf, Wii, poker, working or just being out on the town. I just don't understand where his wife fits into his world at all. He never mentions her in the least. I would imagine she does wants to maintain some privacy but not even a mention of being with his wife for a night, day or a weekend?

He hangs out with Eric Lindgren, Gavin, Kirk Morrison and a bunch of other guys that are all single. Married guys generally can't keep up with single guys.

I know its not a sport, I laugh at people who call it a sport, I used sport as an example. All Im saying is if Negreanu is gay, he will lose a lot of his appeal and popularity, thats just the way people are.

In my opinion though, I don't think he is gay, just Canadian.

I mean If he's gay why would he want to hang out with a bunch of single guys? they share no common interest (cars, girls). I mean they could be friends, but hangin out all week? If he was really gay he'd be chillin with girls I guess
