hypothetical situation-

you are a santa and are taking pictures for christmas

a 12 year old girl sits on your lap and for one reason or another you get a boner

can you get in trouble for this? besides maybe just being fired as a santa



also heres another thing i just thought of

if I was furiously masturbating in a hotel room with my door slightly open then a 12 y.o girl walked in and I turned around and jizzed all over her face "by accident" could I get in trouble?

Furious rub-out session before dressing up should help avoid such a situation; but if it DOES happen anyway, I doubt the kid knows wtf is going on

Just keep a giant candy cane in your pocket, that way if this happens u can just whip it out and say ooops. Then of course hand the candy cane to the girl. She walks off happy with her treat and u happily get away with getting a boner.

You can't get into legal trouble; however, just be prepared to eat from a feeding tube for the next 6 weeks after her dad notices your little soldier saluting his daughter.
