As in he wouldn't make that raise with just a rivered A for TP, its only a rivered ace if it makes two pair

since i'm ahead of a rivered top pair ace, but behind a rivered 2 pair ace.... and behind all other hands that raise the river except a bluff

I like a C/F on the river. KQ and KT are checking behind and ALL the draws hit.
As played easy fold. This is never a bare ace.

I m not sure which made hands you are refering to in that situation.
KT or KQ are folding that river like 90 % of the time
