AA. When is enough enough?

A little background on this player.

He is a Borgata regular (Swami, for those who are interested) and has been drinking. He's better than average, he knows how to fold, knows how to raise. He's tight, aggressive, but I dunno if he's TAG. He definitely respects my game and we've tussled a little bit this session.

I have AA in the SB.

MP raises, I make it trey, Swami caps it from the BB, we all call.

Flop of 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check, Swami bets, MP calls, I C/R, he treys, MP folds, I cap.

Turn: J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I bet, he raises, I call.

River: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I check, he says "I'm afraid you might be checking to check-raise, but you know me, Adam, and I can't leave any money on the table" and fires.

My move?

Anything other than calling terrible?

Call. Honestly if he knows what he's doing he's either got the other 2 aces or 2 of the 3 remaining kings. That gives you a 25% chance to chop I reckon....

Jacks?
Anyway it is just a call. If he has QQ good for you that's why you called.

I think you're wicked beat. It's probably wrong to do so, but I think I could fold this in my live game. I'm just saying.

Call and expect to lose.

We really are soooo beat here.

I have had enough.

Re: AA. When is enough enough?

Yeah, he could also have Jacks sometimes, or maybe queens. I don't see how you can fold for one bet in this pot, and I also don't see how you can consider raising, given that the only thing that could possibly accomplish is to get exactly AA to fold his half of the pot...maybe.....

I'm not considering raising. My opponent thinks I am (I believed him too, when he said this.)
