Re: Turning Stone
When the Heartland Poker Tour came around, the tables were mayhem. I was mostly playing 300max; you needed balls to sit 500 max. Gobbo and Annette were there and from what I heard, Annette was shoving UTG blind, getting called then rebuy, repeat. Of course, this is all hearsay and I digress...
If you mean 5/10 limit, the closest they spread is 6/12, and it'll be probably as soft during the ESPC as the 4/8 game is regularly (which is quite soft). There will almost certainly be a 1000NL game, which from what I've seen when it's been spread during tournament time is a donkfest. Full buyin AIPF AQ vs AJ w/ sunglasses, hoodie, ipod and 3-outer shouting. No jopke. |
Re: Turning Stone
They will definitely be spreading bigger games, such as 1000NL. The higher stakes games might be a little harder than normal due to the influx of online players, but probably will still have the normal noobs that are there from around the area.
The blackjack will almost definitely be $15 minimum bet during the days of the big tourneys, but you will see some $10 tables, too. You will see like 5 200NL games running, at least. |
Re: Turning Stone
do they spread 1/2 300Max? From their poker hotline they only seem to do 1/2 100 and 1/2 200

do they still spread 1/2 300 Max? I called and they only have 100 and 200max

Re: Turning Stone
There is no 1/2 300 max. 100 and 200 max run pretty consistently.

Re: Turning Stone
They spread 3/6 OH8 3 days in a row last year during the middle of the week BEFORE ESPC, and had little trouble keeping a full table all evening/night.

Re: Turning Stone
Note that Turning Stone is dry - no alcohol. There is no alcohol served in the casino, and no alcohol in the restaurants! BYOB
