PartyPoker postpones my cashout.

This new law was pushed through without any notification to their customers.

Dear ****,

We have received your cash out request for $*** today. However, we notice that, after having made a deposit of $***, you have not earned enough party points on your account to be eligible to cash out.

Please refer to the terms and conditions "party points" this will explain that you have to use 15% of your deposit for playing to be eligible for cashing out.

****, as a result, your cash out has been placed back to our account balance.

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this regard.

Contact us anytime, we are available around the clock to assist you with your account related questions and suggestions.

Sincerely,

Daniel

Also, while the second part of your post is an outright lie and needs no response, please feel free to elaborate on this:

The reason they do this is because they pay hefty fee's for you to deposit.

[/ QUOTE ]

Exactly how much is the fee to transfer from neteller to party per $100 deposit?

Standard across most of the sites i've played on.

Even worse news for you is you'll be charged an extra $2.50 when you do withdraw

Tell them that you are a problem gambler and you want to have your account closed permanently.

That might work for you.
