Everest

Hi,

is there a minimum you have to deposit to be able for the Everest Poker free books?
And all you have to do is play once for cash and you're guaranteed to get five books?
Everest is the only site currently on the promotions list that has this type of promotion, correct?
Thanks.

Re: Everest

I have another question about Everest. When you create your bonus account here and want to reister for the Everst bonus, they ask you :
EverestPoker.com ID or account name (this is the name the site knows you as)
But what is this ? Is it your screen name as it appears on poker table, or your login name ?

Re: Everest

It is your log in name.

Re: Everest

This has been changed:

Free books are sent once you have signed up, made your first deposit, played in real money games or tournaments and earned 300 MPPs. We receive this information from the site approximately twice a month so please be patient.

Be sure to check the requirements on the bottom of each site's bonus page.

Re: Everest

If you have already selected your books is this unaffected?

Re: Everest

Unaffected for those who signed up previously

Re: Everest

When did Everest change this? I signed up on the 10th so will I need to earn 300 MPPs?

Re: Everest

Re: Everest

Excerpt from 2+2 Everest Poker offer:
"4. Real money games or the ability to make deposits are not offered to U.S. customers. The customer confirms that he/she is not located in any of these countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Taiwan, Turkmenistan, USA, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam."

Is this a rule of Everest Poker? I couldn't find it at their website. Why is that? It seems strange that European Union countries - Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are not accepted...

Re: Everest

Has this gone back to having no (playing) requirements? There's nothing mentioned on your Everest page?

Re: Everest

I got the same question.
Plus, if you still need those 300 points, can I withdraw my money after getting them or do I have to leave my money in the account until they sent you their reports?

edit: oh, and what are the app shipping costs to germany?

thank you

Re: Everest

nevermind. acutally read thread now and it answered my question.

Re: Everest

I would also like to know are there any playing requirements for the books at Everest? In T&C there is conditions only about the money so do the books have any conditions?

gilly24 10-26-2007 11:07 AM

Re: Everest

I did the same promotion, and we had to agree to those T&C's. They say that once you play a hand, Everest will send info to 2+2, and then you will get an email asking you to pick your books.

It says no-where there about 300 points required. I've only seen anything about that in this thread. Therefore, based on the T&C's we agreed to, we should get to books after playing one hand.

Re: Everest

This thread is confused. Playboy has the 300 MPP requirement. Everest remains as our player’s choice: just play one raked hand and get the books. Play more and Everest will reward you generously.

Re: Everest

so do i have to deposit my own money to get the bonus from everest and from 2+2? or do i just have to play enough hands? how many hands do i need to clear the bonus?

and what about the books? i just have to play one raked hand? is it necessary to deposit my own money?

i don't get it from the details. there it is said you get 100$ from everest. but in the conditions (point 6) it is said you need to deposit money...

sorry for my confusion and thanks in advance!

Re: Everest

How would you play a raked hand without depositing any money?

Todpullen 10-29-2007 02:04 AM

Re: Everest

The $100 bonus from Everest has to be cleared first - that is you play so many raked hands with your own money to get player points (or whatever they are called) which clears the bonus.

Re: Everest

From the T&C on the Everest free books page:

"Free books are sent once you have signed up, made your first deposit, and played in real money games or tournaments. We receive this information from the site approximately twice a month so please be patient."

So basically, to get the books, only one real money hand needs to be played.

Re: Everest

I think, that what we all would like to know, after understanding that PLAYING ONLY 1 RAKED HAND IN ANY CASH GAME OR TOURNAMENT FEE QUALFIYES YOU FOR THE BOOK BONUS, is how much is the minimum amount, to deposit to everest poker?? Is there any restricition in this case?

Thats the only open question as i think.

mogwai 11-24-2007 09:36 AM

Re: Everest

Minimum deposit is $5.

MichaelL 11-28-2007 08:39 PM

Re: Everest

huh? On the first page Mat said that it has been changed and you must earn 300MPPs to get it.

Re: Everest

just signed up, when exactly do we choose the books, after 2+2 gets the info from everest? I ask because it says once you register at everest create or update your 2+2 account. thx

Kiera 11-28-2007 09:13 PM

Re: Everest

Mat was talking about Playboy because someone mentioned that they had the same kind of bonus as Everest, which they did until it was changed to a 300 point requirement. As I said earlier, and as stated on the bonus page, for Everest you need to sign up a new account through our bonus program, enter the bonus code within 48 hours of creating your account, make a deposit and play in a real money game. There is not a point requirement, but you do have to play more to get the additional $100 from Everest.

Creating or updating you 2+2 account means that after creating your Everest account and entering the bonus code, you need to log into your 2+2 bonus account or create one if you haven't yet. At your account information page, click 'Register' next to the bonus for Everest. At the registration page, please provide your screen name at Everest. By doing this you put yourself on the list of people that Everest will send us information on regarding eligibility for the book bonus.

Once we have been notified that you are eligible, you will get and e-mail from us. At that point when you log back into your bonus account the ability to choose the books will be there on your account information page.
