Top/top - Facing resistance

Last hand I post today. Sorry for flooding the forum. I just get these situations a lot and think I spew.

Is this an easy fold? Villain is 31/26/2 over only about 100 hands.

Re: Top/top - Facing resistance

Calling this seriously depends on what range you are putting utg on. You have decent equity against a fairly wide range:
Board: 6d Kh Qh

Wins Ties Equity
39.17% 7.86% 47.03% ( AsKs )
45.10% 7.86% 52.97% ( AK, KK, QQ, ThJh, KQ, 66, AA, KJ, KT )

but taking out the junky K hands, your equity falls dramatically

Board: 6d Kh Qh

Wins Ties Equity
7.75% 12.91% 20.67% ( AsKs )
66.42% 12.91% 79.33% ( AK, KK, QQ, ThJh, KQ, 66, AA )

generally, I think that on this texture board in a reraised pot the second range is more realistic. To put it simply, there are way too many hands that beat you on this board for me to make this call. In fact, I probably just call the flop and fold to a strong turn bet

I think your second range is pretty close.

I do think this is a fold looking back though. A lot of his range dominates me. I am either drawing to zero or maybe three outs.

I play it exactly how you did, I think folding is probably a bad idea.

GCYW.

What hands does he make this play with that I beat at this point? After looking at a realistic range I think I am behind most of the time here.

I actually like the rr on the flop, because it gives you all the info you need. I believe his 4 bet and would just fold this. AK is a tricky tricky hand to play.

I think you have it right. Completely standard until I get 4 bet. If I had a normal stack I am priced but being a little deeper I can lay it down there.
