as played, I would raise flop and get it in with SB

This is far too passive. With 2 others in the pot, Im always raising flop here. About $11 seems right. Its somewhat of a drawy board, charge them.

As played i think you have to call river.. but yeah, reraise flop, if not at least raise turn!
