Bump.

Also wondering about peak hours and time-drop. Capped/uncapped buyins? How big do games play etc.

I guess not many people are thinking what we're thinking.

the 10-25 runs insanely deep, there are more than a few people sitting with over $20,000. The 5-10 I've often seen it as quite fishy and a lagfest.

Is the 10/25 a tough game?

I don't know, I once saw a guy limp AK and fold it on a Kxx to a pottish bet because it "wasn't worth it."

...and he was Asian
.......And right.

It might be different now but the 5-5 was insanely tough --Frankly I don't think the 10-25 is really a poker game, I've only dealt it a few times but it seems like a bunch of kids who are too scared to do anything, sooooooo often are you sitting on a 10 minute hand because some guy bet like 3k on the river, or it's like "If I bet only $500 would you call here I'll take the rest back."

I think only a few really feel comfortable with the money in that game, and those players are certainly very tough.

Again I don't really know I'm not a no limit player, and I think people will sit at a game for two hours, remember some guy playing one hand badly and swear the game is fishy forever regardless of anything else. Here's an actual poker hand that happened in 5-10NL for real actual American money. The people that played it are actual humans.

Fold to Hijack who open limps, button says raise, CO says he hasn't acted, hesitates, and folds. Button tries to limp and I tell him he has to raise, he shrugs and makes it $20. SB calls and BB says "I don't think he's happy with your raise amount" and makes it $100, everyone laughs and calls.
J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] SB checks BB bets $300 hijack raises to $700 button goes all in for $1,500 SB folds BB intstacalls Hijack instacalls. Turn blank river blanks QJo takes it down.(Hijack had it)

During peak hours, the 5/10 is soft but not a total fish fest. There are usually at least a couple decent (i.e. no major leaks, though they certainly aren't playing optimally) players sitting. If you are thinking of playing full-time live due to the internet gambling bill, you will be playing a lot of non-peak hours, too, and the hourly rate will be much lower. I've never played the 10/25.
