MP is 17/15/10 over 100 hands, seems a decent nit.
Kinda readless on CO but you don't really need reads on 35bb stacks

results: I folded, MP shoved with AK, shorty called with the other JJ, MP catched a K. I guess my fold was good.

yeah fold, it's different if you raised from the button, but you raised UTG so MPs 3betting range is likely very narrow
