stars $12 6-max: Big pairs versus perculiar betting by villian

Pretty active table. The majority of hands have some kind of raise and i never had cards i could call/raise with. Any way I get away from this hand?

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, Button calls t30, Hero raises to t120, 1 fold, Button calls t90.

Flop: (t270) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t250, Button raises to t720, Hero??

And 2 more hands that completely annoyed me...

The mini raise on the flop and the all in on the turn. It smells like a 5 to me. He is pretty loose, calling everything, but it is early as well so no read is worth alot. He could have just gotten good hands.

The exact next hand...

Same villain, it looks like he's drawing this time. Should I have bet more on the turn? Maybe 300? The A s a scare card for me as well if he is drawing to the nut flush. I figure bet half the pot and see what happens. I figure he raises if he has the A to charge me for my possible draw the call discounts the A in my mind, but now he could be drawing to the flush.

The flush draw got there in the river. Do i check fold? that feels so weak tho. Go all in? Probably not calling if he doesn't have the flush tho. The pot is the same size as my stack so I can't really call any decent sized bet or value bet and fold.

Hand 2: looks like a bad bluff, why would he bet twice the pot here?

Hand 1, shove it in, you're going to see a lot of top pair/2nd pair/draws here. Hand 2 if I do play it the way you did I'm autocalling the turn, but usually I'm getting it in on the flop as well. You cannot be afraid to felt strong overpairs in a $12 sng. Hand 3 I probably check/call down depending on what he does.

I don't know, but I've been burned many times on flops like this where villain makes a strange push and I call with my over pair and get caught with villain having the 5.

I find the strange over bet to either be a monster hand or a bad bluff... I can never figure out which it is tho

Hands 1 and 2 I 3-bet shove those flops. Worse pps and TP type hands will call.

Hand 3: This is a tough spot, because he could have been on a flush draw on the flop and hit TP on the turn. I'd c/c or c/f depending on how much he bet. A big bet I fold, a small one I call.

id get it AI in the first two hands. in the third if you bet the turn you have to shut down to heat on the river
