whats the best way, i have none of those accounts to be able to transfer unless i pay 8 bucks for a check, will the bank just cash it and give me money? Not sure how it works.

ON a side note: from what i see, AP has more people on it this week than last or the week before. Not sure if its because of the money they gave back or the commercials on tv. I like playing there

does it take time to clear i guess im asking. I hate going into a bank with a check from a poker site since everyone knows me in my little city of 500 people

According to pokersitescout, they have less people playing there. However, you probably got the cause partially right. They're likely leaving because they had to be refunded money due to shady management figures ripping you and many many other players off for anywhere from $700,000-$7,000,000. Even if you like playing there, this should give you reason to reconsider.

those checks don't say they're from a poker site
