full tilt running slow

stars runs fine for me with pa hud and pt running and 9 tables going, full tilt I can't even have 6 tables with hud going and its slow with 8 tables with hud going??? Anything I can do to fix this, I tried playing without HUD and did not like it.

I dont use PAHUD, myself.
