How do I get most value here?

call and c/shove flop or just raise to 40.

what's your image like? If it's at all aggro or slightly lag then just 4-bet. If it's pretty tight I guess you can just call, though I'd prefer that with AA than KK.

Playing straight forward is generally the wya to go, so just 4-bet imo
