110 NLTRN

blinds 25-50

Villain (1325)
Hero (1675)

I have 44 in bb.

Villain limps. Hero?

If Hero raises to 175 and Villain pushes, Hero?

Here's prior hand history, villain is horrible, I've played him once, my notes are something like "bad player, bets huge on bluffs, bluffs a lot especially when you check a turn, tilts"

First hand followed by most of the big pots...

Re: 110 NLTRN

He had K8 in hand 2 and had Jh9h in hand 5.

He's folded to the rest of my raises to his limps. I have not done this often and never without a hand.

Re: 110 NLTRN

I would probably just check beacuse he might just shove any 2 and then you're in a horrible spot. He's obviously not good so no need to get crazy with 44 OOP in that situation.

Re: 110 NLTRN

i fold? probably a lot better spots against this guy than a flipping a coin against all of his bluffs.

Re: 110 NLTRN

I like how you played all of the prior hands, but don't like the 44 raise. If he folds you've turned your hand into a bluff, if he calls we're in a relatively [censored] spot same goes with him shoving.

You're ahead of his range, but not short enough to just raise and say [censored] it im allin. And the stacks are akward if you get flatcalled. I'm not in these spots all that often but my intuition says you should be raising the bottom of your range and any hand with high card value (or med-high pairs that you can stack off with pre or on lots of flops).

Re: 110 NLTRN

I think he calls like .0001% here given prior action and gameflow. He's not the calling type.

After the hand I was leaning towards what Wu and BCM said more or less.
