I really dont get 4betting QQ preflop unless there is a ton of history.

w/o history i dont really like 4 betting unless its button vs blind or blind vs blind.

as played i guess fold, but if im 4betting only 100bb's deep its because i want to open shove any flop

Horrible spot to 4bet vs. a player like this without major history, better hands call worse hands fold... you lose a ton of value.

I think I'd be more likely to call on the K high board over a 952 just because no one ever flatcalls a 4bet with AK and he might be bluffing weakness. Still a damn easy fold either way.

What does that have to do with anything? You are turning your hand into a bluff by 4-betting such a strange amount, which represents exactly AA.
